From time to time we all need a little motivation and if anyone can motivate a team through, lets be honest, a pretty hard task of building 100 homes in a very rural part of the Philippines, then DR Sanico, our project manager can. Over the four years that it has taken to date, and with completion just a month away, DR has been thrown some pretty major curve balls, with building houses on a hillside that wants to move every time it rains, to the road to the village being un passable so that supplies to build the houses can not get in. Through all these hurdles and many more, DR has done more than project managing, he has lifted the spirits and motivated everyone around him; from the construction workers, beneficiaries, volunteers and many more.
